Black Russian Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 1 small package of Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 1/4 cup Vodka
- 3/4 cup water
Directions:
- Mix eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix for 4 minutes with a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Note: It is important to mix for 4 full minutes.
- Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees oven for 50 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
- Dress with powdered confectioners sugar.
