Pumpkin Nut Bread




Instruction
In a large bowl beat together:
 

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup water

Sift together and add to the pumpkin mixture:
  1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Fold in:
 

3/4 cup nuts

Pour into a greased 9x5x2 inch pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
