Fruit Salad Dressing
(24 Hour Salad)

  1. Mix in a small pot and heat at low temperature until thicken, stirring constantly.
    3 egg yolks
    2 tbsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    2 tbsp. pineapple juice (canned or fresh)
    1 tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
  2. Let the dressing cool.
  3. Whip
    1 cup cream
  4. Fold the whipping cream in the dressing and fruits:
    2 cups white and red seedless grapes
    2 cups pineapple chunks
    1 can drained mandarin oranges
    2 cups miniature marshmallows
  5. Chill 24 hours. Decorate top with
    orange sections and cherries
