Instructions:

  1. Put them together in a pan and bring it to a boil:
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cube Knorr tomato bouillon
  2. Remove from heat and mix and dissolve:
    • 1 envelope Knox gelatin(mixed with 1 table spoon water)
  3. Add to the above:
    • 1 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion or green onion
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 1/2 cups finely chopped imitation crab meat (about 6~7oz.)
  4. Pour into a salad mold and refrigerate for 30 min or longer until the gelatin sets. Serve with crackers.
