Strawberry Bavarian Cream

Instructional video:

  1 quart hulled strawberries or raspberries
  1 cup (200 grams) sugar
Let them stand 30 minutes. Soak:
  2 teaspoons gelatin


  3 tablespoons water
Dissolve it in:
  3 tablespoons boiling water
Stir this into the berries. You may add:
  1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cool the gelatin. When it is about to set, whip and fold in lightly:
  1 cup whipping cream
Pour the Bavarian cream into a wet mold. Chill for 12 hours if you plan to unmold it. Serve with:

Strawberry or fruit glaze(optional)
