Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings
- 2 cups Sweet Rice
- 2 broiled unagi
- A little white and black sesame seeds
- 1 egg
Seasoning (A)
- 240cc dashi
- 2 tbsp. sake
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Wash sweet rice and soak in water for 3 hours. Drain well.
- Put rice in a rice cooker and add seasonening (A)
- Cut unagi into bite size and put them over rice.
- Cook.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and cooked egg.
