Unagi Over Sweet Rice

Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings

  • 2 cups Sweet Rice
  • 2 broiled unagi
  • A little white and black sesame seeds
  • 1 egg

Seasoning (A)

  • 240cc dashi
  • 2 tbsp. sake
  • 1 tbsp. mirin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  1. Wash sweet rice and soak in water for 3 hours. Drain well.
  2. Put rice in a rice cooker and add seasonening (A)
  3. Cut unagi into bite size and put them over rice.
  4. Cook.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cooked egg.
