Pineapple and Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon jello (3 oz. size)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small packages cream cheese (3 oz. each)
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 small jar chopped pimiento
  1. Drain pineapple. Heat juice and dissolve jello in this.
  2. Mix other ingredients (except whipped cream and pimiento).
  3. Pour mixture into cold jello and mix.
  4. Let partially set. Fold in whipped cream and pimiento.
  5. Pour into mold and chill. Serve 12.
